Gmail is a free Web-based Email service currently owned by Google that we will use throughout this guide.
Creating a GoArmy Gmail account
You will receive an email from your IMO with a GoArmy username and temporary password.
1) Go to Gmail.
2) Click “add account”
3) Enter your GoArmy username.
4) Enter temporary password from email.
5) Enter a new password to finish setting up your account.
Setting up your Galaxy S4.
Now that your email is setup you will sign in to your Gmail account to receive your GoArmy emails.
1) Go to the Play Store on your government phone .
2) Search for “Google Device Policy” and download it.
3) Once downloaded open up, and click “add account.”
4) Click “existing” and sign in with your GoArmy Gmail account.
5) Your approval will be processed within 24 hours.
6) Once approved you must follow the instructions on the Google Device app to start using your GoArmy Gmail account.

Creating a regular Gmail account
1) Go to Gmail.
2) Click “add account”
3) Create an account.
4) Fill out your personal information.
5) Enter a back-up email address for reset purposes (Ex. enterprise, yahoo)
