Google Hangouts is an application that is offered through Google for video
conferencing. This can be used anywhere from Future Soldier Training, connecting
with an applicant’s parents in another state, conducting follow-ups, assisting your commander in executing a meeting or training, and so on.
1) From the Google+ Profile home page click on “hangouts” located in the top right.
2) A drop down menu will appear and you will click “new hangout.” In the search bar you can search by name or email address of the person you wish to contact
3) Once the name populates, click on their name to add to the hangout. As many as 10 people can be added to the same Google Hangout with no time limit.
4) Click “start a video hangout"

*If you're doing a hangout with someone else, they must have a Google+ account and a webcam or smartphone.
