The USAREC Commanding General encourages all USAREC units to maintain an active presence on social media.
 
Ensure all postings are free of any personally identifiable information, or PII.  
   
    Examples of PII include:      
             Social Security Number        
             Birth dates
             Birth location      
             Personal Telephone Numbers        
             Personal Email addresses        
             Home addresses        
             Employment/Medical/Criminal Histories       
             Spouse/Children Information 

If someone posts any of the above to the page, it must be deleted immediately.

The following postings are also unauthorized, and must also be deleted:
  
Endorsements of external businesses or groups (This includes any personal endorsement or mention you may
want to post of a discount, movie, television show, product, brand, etc.) 
       
Political or religious postings
        
Profanity or inappropriate postings
        
Slander between users
